  Yes, as a hotel guest, you can safely store your own bicycle or e-bike in the hotel's locked and secure bicycle storage facility.

• Is the bicycle storage facility at the hotel covered?

  Yes, the bicycle storage area is covered and well-lit, so your bicycle or e-bike can be left dry and secure.

• Is the bicycle storage facility locked?

  Yes, as a hotel guest, you can store your own bicycle or e-bike in the hotel's locked bicycle storage facility. Storing your bicycle is at your own risk. Access to the storage is available with your room key.

• Do I have to pay extra to use the locked bicycle parking facility?

  No, it can be used free of charge.

• Can I charge my e-bike (battery) at the hotel?

  Yes, this is possible in the secured bicycle storage area

• Does the hotel offer bicycle or e-bike rental?

  Yes, it is possible to rent unisex bicycles or e-bikes at the hotel.

• Kan ik ook een fiets huren als ik geen kamer geboekt heb?

  Ja dat kan! Een normale fiets is €20,00 per fiets per dag (+€45,00 borg) en een ebike €33,00 per fiets dag (+€65,00 borg)

• Does the hotel offer a service or pick-up service in case of a flat tire or defective bike?

  There is no standard service or pick-up service in these cases. However, we advise guests to always contact the reception. At that time, we can look into the possibilities.

• What are the rates for renting bicycles and e-bikes?

  Rates for hotel guests:

  Unisex bicycles with 7 gears > €15.00 per day
  E-bike > €28.00 per day

  Rates for walk-in visitors:

  Unisex bicycles with 7 gears > €20.00 per day + €45.00 deposit
  E-bike > €33.00 per day + €65.00 deposit.

• Are child seats available for the bikes?

  At this time, it is not possible to reserve child seats with the bicycles.

• Does the reception have bicycle routes available?

  Yes, the reception offers a wide selection of cycling routes with varying distances.

• Does the hotel offer packed lunches for on the go?

  Yes, it is possible to book a lunch package, which costs €15,- per package, that includes sandwiches, fruit, a chocolate bar and a beverage.

• Can I reserve the packed lunch in advance?

  Yes, it is possible to reserve a packed lunch in advance, or you can let a member of our staff know upon your arrival that you would like to add this to your reservation.

• What does a packed lunch usually contain?

  The lunch package typically includes 3 sandwiches, fruit, a chocolate bar and a beverage. It is possible to upgrade the lunch package to 6 sandwiches for a surcharge of €5,-

• Is it possible to customize a packed lunch to suit dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free)?
